William Petty, CEO
Mr. William A. Petty became the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board in October, 2009. Leading the Company, Mr. William Petty, has over 35 years experience in driving growth and opportunity in publicly and privately held companies both in the US and specifically in South America. Mr. Petty’s innate abilities to both work with global financing entities and with international governments and associated ministries to derive business opportunities provide the Company with excellent leadership and broad-based business development leadership. Mr. Petty current resides as the CEO of Franklin Mining, Inc. (FMNJ) which trades on the OTC Pink Sheets forum, Mr. Petty has pooled a corporate staff, consultants and advisors of expertise suited to execute the principle objectives of the Company.
Howard Dunn, President
Howard Dunn was appointed President of Energy Management International, Inc. in October of 2009. Prior to his appointment Mr. Dunn had been working since 2000 (9 years) in developing downstream gas-to-liquids process (GTL) facilities, heavy oil re-refining, and ethanol and biodiesel alternative energy processes, for which he holds several proprietary developments. During the last several years Mr. Dunn has been able to broaden his project development focus to facilitate the identification of viable North and South American oil and gas projects that can provide basic nature resources to the related downstream processing technologies familiar to Mr. Dunn. Mr. Dunn has also been engaged in a professional capacity to review and report on oil and gas projects in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Texas, Kentucky, North Dakota and Utah. Mr. Dunn is currently managing an off-set drilling, exploration and production project on two fields in Texas. His experience in global business relations and financing and project finance, in combination with his directorship and executive position experience in several companies, including two OTC:PK listed companies, provided Mr. Dunn the expertise to structure project level information that meets financing vehicle requirements. Mr. Dunn holds degrees in Geological and Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado Scholl of Mines in Golden, CO, He is a registered chemical engineer in the states of Idaho and Colorado and is a member of the Society for Petroleum engineers.
Brad Jones, Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Jones carries over 24 years diversified experience in business and banking, contract, and real estate law. As a current member of the Board for American Resources & Development Company, a Nevada, publicly listed company, Mr. Jones brings corporate over-site and legal management skills to the corporate team. Mr. Jones will also maintain his incorporated legal practice and his current status as a member of the Utah State Bar and Idaho State Bar Associations while previously working as an Adjunct Professor and Instructor teaching Environmental Law classes at Brigham Young University. He has received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas and holds Master and Bachelor degrees in science.
