(Pink Sheets:ENMI) announces today that it has negotiated a Joint Venture agreement with Franklin Mining, Inc. to expand its development of oil and gas projects in South America and to make available the services of McGuffy International Company, an affiliate of the McGuffy Group, located in Houston, Texas and offices in Bolivia.
